What we collect

When you enquire or book, we collect your name, contact details, stay dates, number of guests and the billing details needed to issue an invoice. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details. Bookings are managed through Lodgify.

Why we use it

To answer enquiries, manage your booking and stay, issue invoices and meet legal obligations, including the guest registration required by Portuguese law.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed for your booking, and afterwards only for the periods required by Portuguese tax and accounting law.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed for the booking (Lodgify, Stripe, booking platforms you used) and with authorities where the law requires it. We never sell personal data.

Internal tools and Google data

We use a private internal tool, used only by the property's own staff accounts, that reads mailbox metadata and spreadsheets through Google APIs (read-only) to keep our bookkeeping up to date. Data obtained from Google APIs is used only for that purpose, is not shared with third parties, is not used for advertising, and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
